Our Mission
What We Do
We Are Digital Tech offers workshops, webinars, and other educational opportunities focused on future skills such as leveraging AI and the Future of Work, Entrepreneurship, Space Exploration and Technology, Web 3, Robotics and Digital Marketing. We also provide mentorship and networking opportunities to help participants build their professional connections and advance their careers in today’s digital world.
Current Areas of Impact
We Are Digital works in several areas in the US and abroad. Currently, we are active in Las Vegas, Tampa, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, DC Metro, and Ochos Rios, Jamaica.
We are proud to work and partner with the Marcus Garvey Technical School.
We Are Digital is to bridge the digital divide and empower individuals from underrepresented communities by providing them with the digital skills, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive in the modern workforce. We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the technology sector and fostering a more inclusive and innovative digital economy. Through our education programs, mentorship opportunities, and advocacy work, we strive to create a world where everyone regardless of color or gender with equal access to the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in the digital age.

Education and Skill-Building: Provide accessible and inclusive digital education programs that equip individuals with the skills they need to succeed in the digital economy, including web development, digital marketing, data analytics, and more.

Mentorship and Professional Development: Connect participants with experienced professionals in the tech industry who can provide guidance, support, and networking opportunities to help them advance their careers.

Advocacy and Policy: Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote digital inclusion, equity, and diversity in the tech industry, and work to remove barriers that prevent underrepresented groups from accessing digital resources and opportunities.

Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with like-minded organizations, companies, and community groups to expand our reach and impact, and share resources and best practices for promoting digital inclusion and equity.

Research and Innovation: Conduct research and develop innovative solutions to address the digital divide, and continuously evaluate and improve our programs and initiatives to ensure they are meeting the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
